Liability Waiver

By participating in any training, programs, classes, or activities provided by Refined Football Academy (“the Academy”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms. I understand that athletic training involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, collision injuries, and other potential physical harm. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Academy’s training at my own risk.

I certify that I am physically able to take part in training and have disclosed any conditions that may affect my ability to participate safely. I understand that it is my responsibility to exercise within my limits and follow all instructions provided by the Academy’s coaches and staff.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Refined Football Academy, its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to injury, illness, or damages that may occur during or after participation in training activities. This includes injuries resulting from my own actions, the actions of others, equipment use, facility conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. I understand that the Academy does not provide medical insurance and that I am responsible for my own medical expenses.

I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I may stop at any time if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe. If the participant is a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and grant permission for them to participate under these terms.

By signing or agreeing electronically, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily accept the terms of this Liability Waiver & Release.
