Refund Policy

Payments for training sessions, programs, and packages are refundable if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice must be rescheduled and are not eligible for a refund unless an emergency occurs. Emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and no documentation is required. If Refined Football Academy cancels a session due to weather, facility issues, or trainer availability, the session will be rescheduled or refunded at no extra cost. All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Refined Football Academy.
